Courses > Reiki Level 3A

Level 3A is mainly taught for personal growth. The workshop is held over 3 full days, with the students usually residing at our centre for the duration of the seminar. This retreat setting allows you to more fully focus on yourself and enjoy the experience 'of expansion'.

During a 3A Seminar you attend advanced lectures and you learn and practise how to give the first Reiki attunement. This enables you to initiate someone to Reiki, so that they can access Reiki energy through their hands for a period of time (without the set of all 4 attunements, the flow of Reiki is not permanent). Great care is taken to instil into you the moral and ethical responsibility of being an initiator. A '3A' has gained a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of Reiki.

The 3A student is given a Master Initiation/Attunement in their seminar, which instigates major shifts in consciousness. Life speeds up on all levels after a Master Attunement. Old emotions and issues that we suppress and are not dealing with may surface and confront us. You learn how to address these situations to keep equilibrium within yourself.

Reiki 3A is a major commitment to SELF. For this reason, the 3A seminar is not open to attend simply by filling out a registration form. Selection for 3A is done through an interview process. Applying for a 3A interview would not be considered unless at least 6 months have elapsed since your Level Two. Once accepted, you enter into a preparation period, which is designed individually to prepare you for your 'life after a Master Initiation'.
